I have just tried to increase my call limit for the month and have had to sit on the phone answering no less than 11 question to some person I don't know yet they now have ALL my personal information. And I still got no where. They still wanted more information! I asked to speak to a supervisor and the person cut off my call. I phoned back and was told that someone would phone me back and I am still waiting. My account has still not been topped up!
