My home was recently twice struck by lightning, once in the beginning of December and once on New Years Eve. I did two separate claims for damaged electronics. In both the claims I dealt with Michelle who was fantastic. She was always courteous and friendly while being extremely efficient. Not once did she make me feel uncomfortable about the claim. Michelle is an excellent ambassador for her company.
