What a disaster!!! Whatever you do, do NOT use FNB Forex for international payments, these guys do not follow up on emails or inform you of what is going on. I paid over $600 to an international company for some items I ordered from them, the supplier came back and said they didn't have some of the items in stock. I then requested the funds to be reversed and to this day I have had no feedback or any form of communication from them. Surely you cannot be that busy, to take 2 minutes and reply to an basic email has taken 2 weeks already and still nothing, you either don't have a clue what you doing or just don't give a. Maybe it's time to reconsider what your function are and what purpose you serve to the public. You also made sure you deducted your fees first thing, for what I still don't know because you certainly didn't lift a finger to do anything.
