I ordered some items from TakeALot last week, on October 1. When the items arrived after two days, they didn't match the order description. The item was the wrong colour.
I phoned and was advised to apply for an exchange online. The application was approved and that is where the process halted. I phoned the call centre several times. Each time, the consultant told me she would check the order and revert back by calling on my cellphone. None of the consultants have phoned back so far with updates. Almost ten days have passed since my first order and a week has passed since I asked them to collect the wrong items and deliver me the correct ordered items.
Today, I lodged a complaint through e-mail, but I've had no feedback whatsoever. I don't know when they will collect the wrongly delivered items, I don't know when they can exchange. There has been no communication. Very disappointing!
