GROSS INCOMPETANCY

On 3 April 2013 i emailed a signed bond cancellation form to FNB to the email address of that section. Since 30 days had passed i decided today, 9/5/2013 to contact FNB and find out whats happening regarding my cancellation. Lindiwe says they sent the documents to the attorneys in JOBURG on 12/4/2013 and i must phone them. She also said i owe FNB R19.12 and maybe thats why there is a delay in the cancellation of my bond... SO WHY DID SOMEONE FROM FNB NOT PHONE AND TELL ME I OWE THEM THIS MONEY!!! So I called the attorneys, they say SORRY WE DONT KNOW YOU & DONT HAVE A FILE FOR YOU??? I call FNB back and speak to Kaylin. He said according to the system at FNB the attorneys in DURBAN informed FNB on 12/4 that they, the attorneys need to contact me but they cant because they dont have contact details for me. So the question is WHY DID FNB NOT GIVE THE ATTORNEY MY CONTACT DETAILS, bearing in mind the request was sent to FNB by the attorney on 12/4. I asked to speak to someone more senior, Kaylin said they are all in a meeting and one of them will call me back today (9/5/2013). No one called, I cant believe the level of incompetance and lack of communication.
