Good day

Loan discovery deducted funds (R399.) on my account without my instruction.
I have reversed the funds at my bank. Now i am receiving treatening emails from their collecting company that i will be handed over.
I have not completed anything with them, i have received an email with application forms and my documents was requested but i have refused to reply because i saw a fee is requested.

I will not pay any fees and i surely cannot afford them to mess up my credit profile.
Please help.
