I find MYSELF complaing again

Again I find my self here with SANLAM LIFE.

I recieved this SMS:

Sanlam 403323268X3: Debit order for 2 May failed. Phone 0860726526 for any enquiries. *Terms on [URL Removed]

I check my Statement: YOU HAVE TAKEN THE MONEY, THAT MEANS IT HAS DEBITED MY ACCOUNT. IT HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED. I confirm this with FNB (ref Rj13050945181)

I phone YOU GUYS, speak to Elria, she does not believe me and SMIRKS (unless I am paranoid) like your system has not made a mistake. I now have to send MY PERSONAL BANK STATEMENT to you, just so you
believe me. FOR YOUR SYSTEM ERROR. not knowing who will pick it up ...:(

I have sent his mail with a screen shot of my SMS recieved, MY bank statement, and Elria confirmation that it has FAILED.

if there is a lpse in cover or any repercussion what so ever ther will be a BIG problem.
