This warning goes out to anyone and everyone who is considering joining Sanlam Reality.. just like me you will regret it...
I joined in July 2012 so that I could qualify for discounted gym membership, hardly 5 months later, in December 2012 I was suprised to realise that my discount has been removed and when enquiring at virgin active, theytold me that Sanlam cancelled my benefit. They did not even have the decency to let me know that they were cancelling instead they went ahead and debited my account end of December.. such.
These people are unethical, they then refused to give me my money back.. instead they wanted me to send them my bank statement and a lot mof other bull..
Well, really i just want to warn you thy are nothing close of vitality, they are a fly by night pogramme and you will regret joining them..
