Sanlam Sky is a BEWARE

On the 24th May I woke up to a debit order of R305 for a life policy with Sanlam Sky (never heard of them before). I noticed that the same amount went through last month and I thought it was for the payment of things I bought (sometimes you swipe today and only goes off later). I immediately called Sanlam on the 24th and they asked me for an affidavit, ID copy and bank statement so that they can refund me my money within 48 hours, I am still waiting. They said the policy belongs to Mr Amukele Manuku, policy number: SG51942876, I have no idea how they got my bank account but they informed me that they do not have a function where they can verify that the bank account number belongs to the person taking the policy (scary and strange). Now they are playing hide and seek with my money, as if I'm asking for a loan. None the less I am planning to take this matter further to FICA, OMBUDSMAN or some organisation that deals with like this. I think this is how this company makes money, this is an internal according to the vibe and cold shoulder I received from them.
