CAN A SOMEONE THAT HAS BRAINS PLEASE SORT OUT, I AM TIRED OF EXPLAINING MYSELF. I AM STUCK WITH A PROBLEM FOR A YEAR AND HAVE RAISED IT SO MANY TIMES THAT I AM TIRED..

I NEED THIS TO BE SORTED OUT ABOUT THE USELESS CARD THAT U GAVE ME IN 2012 UNTIL TODAY I AM HAVING A PROBLEM TO DO TRANSACTIONS. I WANT THIS STUPID THING RESOLVED AND I AM NOT PREPARED TO PAY FOR A REPLACEMENT 'CAUSE YOU ARE THE ONES THAT HAVE ISSUED ME WITH A FAULTY CARD.

PLEASE REPLACE IT AT NO CHARGE TO ME.. SHOULD YOU FAIL TO DO THAT I HAVE A RIGHT TO TAKE THIS FURTHER. YOU HAVE TAKEN THIS TOO FAR..NOW LET'S SEE IF YOU ASSIST ME OR WHAT...
