New Standard bank ATM

On the 13thApril2013 i deposited an amount of R1000 in an ATM (Silverton branch) to a friend. After 3days my friend told me that he had never got money. I called STD bank call centre on the 16th and they told me to wait for 6working days. I called on the seventh day then I was told that the first guy had made a mistake, instead of Silverton he wrote Betlhem and the guy promised to fix it as a matter of urgency but I never heard anything from them. I called again on the 3rd of May and demanded to speak to the manager on duty. I spoke to her and she promised to come back to me, which she did but she wanted a receipt which i misplaced then she told me I must tell her the ATM number which I don't know. She once again promised to call me back on Monday and to date she hasn't.
