Can somebody from Customer Assist (Consolidation) please assist with my application which was sent on the 28th of March, please note... THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT... I just need somebody to advise me of feedback as I'm now really stressed and I cant even sleep at night because my creditors are listing me already.
I've been calling in the call centre and each time I call in I'm advised that its still awaiting Managers approval...
last week Monday when I called in a lady advised that a Manager dealing with my query will come back to me before Wednesday and she also apologised and acknowledged that its passed the turn around time (15 days) long time ago and gave me her word that it was gonna get sorted out same week, today its Thursday and I havent received anything.
Can somebody please please assist me, I do believe in you guys and wouldn't trade Standard Bank for any bank... Please help me regain back my sleep at night!!
