Unfairly charged for replacement card

On 12.02.2013 I attempted to draw cash from the standard bank ATM in Vodaworld. The ATM accepted my card and pin then promptly jammed and indicated an out of order message. I immediately contacted std bank to stop my card (ref. 72938528). It was stopped at 11:28 am by Joseph Witticker.

I also had to schlep over to Sandrige Square branch to get a replacement and to check that the withdrawal did not go off on my account. To add to the HUGE inconvenience, standard bank charged me R76 to replace the card. This is absolutely unacceptable as the root cause of the problem was their faulty ATM. EPIC FAIL standard bank. You should reverse this charge immediately as the problem was on your side.
