Sick and tired

I have been going to the branch over and over without compensation of petrol and i have told all the tellers that my account keeps giving a me a problem error code:0457 i cant draw money and i have changed the card but the same thing is still happening i am really tired of this nonsense cause no one is giving me petrol money all i want is to be able to enjoy my money is it so hard!
