Absa queues? But I tolarate & try to understand, we all need help, & just try to assume, its one of those days when the casuals are off, all the time. This has been my 1st bank ever since i started banking. End of May, i used an ATM to draw money, it processes but then before it finishes it says "due to technical error your money cannot be given out"i got my card back & waited to see if anything will happen, nothing happened, i used an ATM next to that one &everything went well. however, money was not reversed. I called Absa, they couldnt help me over the phone & told me to go to the branch & i did. the branch took my particulars & said they will investigate &call me.that was the 03 June, never received any call from this branch. June 01, Absa deducts car insurance money in my account without consulting me, without specifying what the money is for, nothing-only shows a car pay increase. When i find out on the 03 i gave them confirmation of cover, since they never asked for it. It is the14 today my money is not payed back, they say only on the 19th it will be in. I dont believe Absa does not see taking money from one's acc.unneccessary without consent requires urgent correction of action, 3rd to 19th?
