Opening business account - no one gets back to me

I'm trying to get information on opening a business account with FNB from their commercial department.

I've phoned 3 times and each time I'm told someone will get back to me but it seems my request is getting lost along the way.

No one can give me information about this account. Can some please contact me asap so that I can investigate the merits of FNB as a bank for my business.
