Absa International do not answer their phones

I received an sms to say an international transfer had been received. I phoned them to enable them to clear it and was told the funds would be available to me at the end of the day. Today there were no funds in my account so I tried to contact them. I phoned 0860 109 799 and held on for 23 minutes before I gave up. I then sent them an email. One hour later I tried the same number again and held on for 18 minutes and then gave up again and sent another email. How long do you think they will take to either phone me back or answer my email?
