Reason I am switching

I have been a FNB client for the past 5 months. After all the ads non stop playing on the radio etc. I changed from Standard bank (Whom I was a client of for 10 years - with no problems) to FNB. I have had not 1 good experience with FNB and that is the reason that I have switched back to Standard bank. Firstly FNB charge you extra for just about everything, even though you pay R97.00 per month - what for I do not know. My bank cost has exceeded over R600 in the last month. Really?? Then on top of that, when I contacted the call centre to close the account, I was advise to go into a branch to close it. What? You can open a account telephonically but can't close it? FNB will never get a recommendation from me. When I think of FNB I think about the tv add where the guy sit on facebook he hate his bank, then someone suggested to switch to FNB - what I think of that is I hate FNB... Can't wait to get this account closed!!!
