On Monday 29 April 2013 I had an accident with my scooter. I was able to drove it home. On Tuesday 30 April 2013, after I've reported the accident to the police I've phoned to make a claim. As the next day was a public holiday I was informed that my scooter will only be collected on the Thursday 01 May 2013. I was also told that I will be informed on Saturday 04 May 2013 about the assessor's decision.
I never received a phone call on 04 May 2013. On Monday 06 May 2013 at about 12:40 I've phoned to enquire. Ghaddafi was not available right away to speak to me. He did phone me back later in the afternoon informing me that it takes up to 72 hours to receive the assessor's report. I was then told that I can expect a phone call on Wednesday 08 May 2013. Wednesday came and went without receiving any phone call. It is now already 13:15 on Thursday 09 May 2013, still nothing.
This is terrible service. Once I can upgrade again to a motor vehicle I will not continue with insurance through Virgin Money. I'll rather go a bit more expensive where I know I'll get proper service.
