No value for 3rd party wronged by MiWay client

I'm totally disgusted by the lack of sense of urgency displayed by MiWay Legal dept. Karunai was working on my claim and to say she will never return your e-mail/calls is an understatement. Involved in an accident where a MiWay client was in the wrong on the 24/05/2013. I submitted my claim on 06/07/2013. I received a response only on 24/06/2013 with an offer based on an assessor review of the damage to my vehicle. The quotation I had forwarded to them was of the value of R65, 603.10 and MiWay's offer was R45, 367.84 which had an un-explained deduction of R3, 226.73. I have since asked what this deduction was for and i have had no response? I signed the offer in desperation on the 8/07/2013 (and was told the funds would be in my account within 14 days) today the 24th July, I still don't have the funds to repair my car. I was denied car hire as I was not a client of theirs. After 2 months since the accident and today when I called and was told by Justine (0119900237) to expect the money on Saturday 27/7/2013. I'm unable to wait any longer and had planned my vehicle to be repaired the 23 based on turn around time i was given, No First contact Resolution. no value for potential custome
