I got a call at 16h40 this afternoon from a cellphone number. The person claimed to be from nedbank peronalloan call centre and wanted me to give him personal details. I explained that i'm hesitant to do so, how could i be guaranteed he is indeed from nedbank. he then gave me some info that put me at ease and i gave gim the info needed. He then thanked mne for my pmt received and asked whether i received the refund on the erronous double deduction done by them. I said yes thanks and continued that i would like to enquire about the account. But i was still talking and he just put the phone down. I tried calling back several times but only got red phoned or voicemail. I'm concerned that Nedbank, in this time of so many allows this type of calls. Furthermore his attitude was bad and he needs to be taken to task. So much for switch to nedbank for the whole enchalada. The whole enchalada means an admin nightmare (2 months in a row they can't even manage a debit order) and bad attitude from their staff
