Being with fnb for quite some time i decided to go over to Absa bank. Their notifications are always late or just dont come through and my balance is never correct. On Friday I used my debit card to pay one of my accounts - absa put that payment through two more times leaving me with an available balance of R126. I recieved three Notifyme msgs on my phone showing my balance going down after each payment. There is no way i swiped my card and paid the same amount THREE TIMES. I'm going on leave shortly and R126 really won't go far. I called their customer care and was told to send an email to [Email Removed] which i have since done. I still havent heard anything and have just recieved an automated response that my email was recieved. i'm very frustrated and i want this sorted out asap!
