Hi, i took out a policy on 01/01/2013. my medical card took over 3 months to arrive, they kept smsing with variuos excuses and nobody could assist, i had emailed the guy who signed me up (mzwandile masuku). no reply. no assistance. i was double debited in march. then my policy was cancelled for no reason in april. i only realised this in may when i received a sms and email stating my policy has been cancelled. up till now nobody can give me a reason for the cancellation. i have called customer care and nobody could assist. nadia williams attempted to assist but once agin ignored me. i have all emails to prove this. i had an appointmnet with the dentist yest but was embarrassed as there were no funds on my card.i have called customer care over 20x and spent over 2 hours on the line at my own expense. all calls are recorded, they just put me on hold for over 15mins and never get back to me, alternatively they cut the call.
