POOR SERVICE

I am disappointed by WestBank with their service, their months transition went though on my account and l had already paid them. Just to do a reversesal they told me l have to wait three weeks before they can do that. This is after l had sent them the email and they did not call. l called them and l have to get poor service of the call centre agent and after that l have to wait 3 weeks before they can reverse the money paid to them. such a huge brand that still operates in stone age mean this is the millennium years we don't expect such service as there is better companies that go all out for their client.
