How do you want to retain customers with a poor service level like this. call the call centre wait for 15 min to speak to someone and then you get cut off. call again wait 20 min to explain your problem (customer cervices ) "wait sir you are a VIP client " get transferred to the next customer services agent, get cut off again. call back spend another 12 min to speak to MD's complaint desk and got put on hold for another 7 min and get cut off. My freaking problem is i had done a sim swop yesterday 3' Clock and sim swop was never completed, it gor process this morning and NOW i must wait again for another 2-24 hours again!!! I am losing money for this delaid activation and now how do you expect me to pay my account.
