I am at the Absa new offices. And waited for 10-15munites to be assisted. Then finally I got to a consultant. who without asking or anything, starts having a conversation with his manager about their Leave (ESS)... They spoke for about 5minutes while I was sitting waiting for service. Then without apologising he continues on as if nothing had happened. When I advise that I don't think its fair that they finish their office work while I as a customer have been waiting for 15 minutes to be assisted. Then he says " I should not take out my bad mood on him"hen he says what he was doing was more important. Then he cursed under his breath and continued on. I am here to open an account. Is this the type of service I will be getting, as I leave my Bank hoping to be served if not better but in the same league as my bank. I am very disappointed and appalled by such behaviour. I don't even think I want to use this account. If their staff was not trained to respect customers... Doesn't mean I am on the other side you are better than me...
