Inconvenience Deluxe!!!

In May 2012 I signed up with the Truworths Cellphone insurance administered by FINRITE. Last year December the handset I had registered with them to be insured gave me problems and I bought me a new one. I then called them and I changed the cellphone details on the phone, thus changing my serial number, the model name and my cellphone number. Last week Saturday I was robbed of this handset when I called Finrite it came to light that my details were not updated. I'm traumatized as is and now having to deal with them inconveniencing me. Firstly they make you hold on for very long periods and then there's all their waiting periods, 7 days to trace call. This isn't the first time their consultants are messing up: last year they failed to capture my new banking details which left me uncovered for a few months. Until George stepped in to sort things out. I need this sorted out asap please FINRITE!
