I attended at Nedbank Carlswald branch because I needed assistance in a speedy and professional manner. Little did I know that at this Nedbank branch client care is not on their agenda nor are client's concerns their business.
Briefly the facts are as follows. My business account was debited 4 times in one day! I of course rushed to the bank to obtain assistance when Laaiqa Ali the BRANCH MANAGER told me that they may not even be able to reverse the money which was being removed from my bank account due to the fact that the debits went through on even date.
Notwithstanding same i then proceeded to suggest possible options with both Laaiqa Ali and the consultant who barely tried to assist me but I was met with we cannot do anything. To say I was shocked to the core is an understatement I have invested my money in the bank's hands and their response as I see money being physically removed from my account is "we cannot do anything"! and met with hostility and disrespect. I requested that they provide policies stating all the "things they cannot do" to assist me needless to say same was not forthcoming.
I am appalled and moving my business elsewhere!
