In the begining of February 2013 I saw a Nissan Navara on the website of Multi Potch cars and I immediately contacted the dealership to find out if the it was still on the floor. A lady by the name of Mandie took my call and later on refered me t a salesman by the name of Herman. Since I am based in Johannesburg, Herman encouraged me to put in the application so that should it gets approval, he would come to Johannesburg with the car for me to see and for him to assess my car for trade-in and pricing.
I submitted the application through him although he never bothered to give me feedback until I enquired from him after 2 days. He then asked me to give him my car details which I did and he disappeared without any feedback. I got agitated and I gave him a call trying to get the feedback once more. He the came up with different story to his arrangement, giving me their offer over the phone although he never pitched for the assessment.
In a nutshell Herman to me and the worst of all is that I had to to cancel the deal and I can not reverse the credit quiry against my name. He is so manipulative and I am concerned about other consumers out there who might be his victim.
