Poor service, bad attitude no feedback

My girlfriend met in an accident on New years eve, we called first for women on the 2nd an submitted a Claim, Lorrence was dealing with the claim, he called my girlfriend and took down the report, she told him to please contact me with all the info, he never did and and said he did, he never send me a mail as she requested and when i called him he gave me attitude, up until today he did not call me i had to call him everyday for info, it has been 7days and still no feedback he says it is now up to him to decide if he wants to pay the claim and i must wait till next week wednesday to get feedback, we do not have a courtesy car and have to take 2 taxis to work, when i call to speak to him during the day he is never at his desk and never returns my calls. Ihave spoke to a superior who said that he did not make notes on the claim as too where the car is and where we would like it repaired.today he today me that it is now in his hands and i must wait till next week as he is busy today and cannot work on my claim yet he had this claim from the 2nd jan.he has bad attitude and show no interest in helping us, He to his customers and is unethical and Rude
