Transactions - not able to help

I received an email that I entered the wrong credit card details while trying to make a credit card payment, followed shortly by an OTP number to authenticate a verified by visa online credit card payment... The only problem, I was not attempting to make a online payment.

I phone the premier banking line (as I am a premier banker), there Comely Mbiza informed be she can not assist me, but she can transfer me to the line. She proceeded in transferring me to the wrong line, for general account queries. They could not help me either... I went onto the FNB website and got their line number - Ibufiso Nxunamao answered the phone (refr: Rf13050524082), I proceeded in informing him of the attempt at a transaction on my account. And as ridiculous this might sound, he informed me that the line will not be able to assist me with the attempted transaction on my account, I will have to contact account queries.

After informing FNB on all the expected platforms of the attempted transactions, I can only assume their inability/unwillingness to assist will transfer responsibility for any losses to FNB.
