2 Months ago I switched my bank account from ABSA to FNB because I was not happy with the level of service I was receiving from ABSA. little did I know FNB will turn out to be worse. when I opened the FNB account (cheque and credit card) cheque was sorted out quickly and my debit orders were switched maybe its because I switch my salary. but with the credit card 2 months later FNB is still to finalize a balance transfer to my ABSA credit card and I cannot close my ABSA account as a result. everything was approved but when I called each call center agent kept transferring me to the other and yet FNB claims you get a premier service if you are a premier banker.
last week I called a Premier line and I spoke to a gentlemen who told me my application was sitting with the credit card depart to do a balance transfer which he told me it takes up to 7 days and he could not say why mine has taken 2 months. today i called and got a service, call center agents kept transferring me. if this is not fixed today I'm closing my accounts with FNB. I guess it true that better the devil you know, maybe I should have stayed with ABSA.
