My Fiance switched over to FNB for the specific reason of being able to obtain a Smart Device. She was finally able to place the order on the 2nd of May, after being declined, due to a credit check mistake (which NOBODY at FNB could confirm). The Device department was then informed to check again, and this seems to have happened as they then phoned her to order the device. NO confirmation SMS, email or call has been received by her after this. She has phoned multiple times and has been told her reference number (SI2013050606599) IS the confirmation.

It is understandable that it takes 10-15 days to process, but due to the fact that there was some misunderstanding before the order took place all she wants is just a confirmation that the order IS indeed being processed and that she has been approved and delivery will take place. The only answer at the moment is it is still with sales, and in my opinion, this is in no way confirmation.

If this is the service to be expected I am going to be moving to another bank in the future (because of other mistakes on my account in the past), unless someone can give a straight answer. ID and Cell included are the account holder's.
