I have received a quote from iWyze. I purchased my vehicle and initiated the contract to insure the vehicle. I then contacted iWyze to make sure all the necessary information was stipulated on the contract so that there could be no contract disputes in the event of a claim. I was asked to take the vehicle to 3 different inspection centers where at all 3 centers I could not be helped. I contacted iWyze yet again and spoke to Jabo a senior manager. He was meant to get back to me by 13h30 on Friday 7 June 2013. I still haven't received a call from him and seems that every time I call to speak to Jabo he is not available. Seems to me like he is avoiding me. THIS IS NOT THE TYPE OF SERVICE I EXPECT TO PAY FOR. Seems to me that if I ever do need to claim I will be given the same run-around as i was given on Friday. Is this the kind of service I should receive from iWyze, underwritten by Mutual & Federal?
