I am currently with hollard motor insurance, i was involved in an accident on the 22nd of Dec last year. the person who bumped me happened to be my cousin who is insured by miway insurance. my car was the one that was damaged and Hollard send it in for repairs and no one told me about the access amount upon reporting the accident, nonetheless, i requested the copy of the recording but no one gave it to me. i am still waiting for my money back from the recovery department and the lady by the name of Michelle van Rooyen from hollard recoveries and Yashveer Brijmohan from miway are taking me from pillar to post. i just want to know when am i going to get my refund that was recovered from the third party.
