No update - no urgency

Hi

I am a platinum cheque customer with FNB. Funny how this complaint is about the platinum card that is not yet delivered!!!

I have been upgraded and it first took you guys 3 days to call me to arrange a delivery of the card. I was not available and was expecting a call back. I then decided to take it upon myself to call you to arrange the delivery.

it was supposed to be delivered today... at 8am this morning, a delivery time of after 11am is arranged. i then called the courier now to find out that apparently the drivers car broke down and he needed a tow.

I suppose i was to look into my crystal ball to find this out. I hope the other promises are being kept from the courier and FNB...
