My cheque account got upgraded to platinum status and was contacted for my card delivery. The scheduled time I was to receive my card was on 09 May 2013 between 09:00 and 11:00. I have an unpredictable schedule and cannot guarantee I will be available to receive my card if it is not arranged. The card was not delivered in that time frame, now it has become an frustration for me and my receptionist as the couriers arrive at exactly at time when I am not available. This is unacceptable as I was not contacted after the first time I missed my delivery to arrange a new time so I can receive my card.
