More than 1 hour on the phone without help

Hi today at 14:30 I called Old Mutual to cancel my Green Light Life Cover. The number appearing on the website does not go to that particular department. The Old Mutual personnel keep you holding. 1 hour worth of airtime is a lot of money just to cancel a policy.
