I received this email, it is not acceptable. I have a fixed term monthly installment, no amendments are allowed to be made. After 4 years they just decided to increase my monthly installment. Yes, they are aware that I have a policy with an insurance company. How many times to I need to send them my policy. My policy is not allowed to be increased. This is poor service. It is unacceptable from Toyota Financial Services/Wesbank.
