Good morning. I have contacted FNB last week with regards to get a settlement amount (letter) on my wife`s credit card. Until today I have not received any feedback. She has received an sms this morning stating that a section 129 letter has been posted. Could you please provide us with a settlement letter (as far as I know we could negotiate for discount on full settlement?) then we could provide feedback to indicate if we are going to settle in full OR over a period of three months.
