Claim unpaid and no contact

In November of 2012, I had a minor car accident where a motorcyclist drove into my drivers side door. I went to the SAPS and immediately obtained a case number after which I phoned outsurance. I gave all the necessary details to the operator. I was informed via email that I could go to an assessment centre which I did and I was approved for a claim. The assessor approved my claim but I heard nothing more after that. Outsurance has not called me and it is nearly 7 months later. I still pay a premium every month and my car is still damaged badly.
