No Healthy Food Cashback since Fe

I'm tired of having to call the call center all the time to enquire about my healthy food cash back - and every time I get the same response - "there's a system error"

I havent received points or a cash back since Feb now - is it really taking that long to resolve the "system error"`!

Please can someone sort this out.
