No cash back ever for Woolworths Fresh Hake Fillet

At the end of June I emailed to query why our purchases of Woolworths Fresh Hake Fillets had NEVER been included in the list of items for which cash back would be paid since Woolworths joined the Healthy Foods cashback programme. I provided previous till slips as proof (Ref 2913302861). Since then I have provided more till slips and phoned on 19/7. I spoke to a Manager, Matthew, who was no help whatsoever. I emailed again on 24/7 and asked for urgent action and received a reply (Ref 2913302861) admitting it was taking longer than usual but had been escalated for urgent feedback. THIS IS COMPLETELY INEFFICIENT AND as fresh fish is definitely listed as a Healthy Food item. I have checked the latest cash back list for August and YET AGAIN no Hake is listed. What is the problem here?? How difficult can this be to fix, whether it be a WW or Discovery system problem??

Phoning the Call Centre is an expensive total waste of time, you can never deal with the same person and you have to tell the whole story all over again each time. Their only solution is to give you yet another useless reference number. I am beyond frustrated! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?
