I have been on the phone countless times to enquire why I have not 1. received any cash back for three months and 2. why my healthy food benefit is not showing and am not receiving these rewards/cash backs. I feel this whole system is a. The reason I applied for a Discovery Card is to qualify for these benefits. Clearly the system IS NOT working. So in theory Discovery gets to keep my "cash backs" and get interest on this money and I have to spend hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue. I am frustrated and close to closing the Discovery credit card.
