Bad service

I applied for a smart phone online with FNB, i received an sms saying that my application was declined due to ITC listing, so I called the call center to find out who listed me and when i can try re apply for the smart phone. the agents where not helpfull they kept on transferring me to other departments and when i call the sales department i get cut off
