And still waiting

On the 12/03/13 i applied on the FNB website for a smartphone, once i completed the application it said that they would let me know the outcome of my application, on the same day i received an sms saying "Congratualtions your application has been compelted" the following day i received an sms advising that the device has been sent to the courier company, i have received no communication after that but the sms reads contact will be made within 24hrs - I am not the first person that has experienced this type of service from you, your slogan "How can we help you" should be "How long can we take to help you" extremly poor service from an instituation that has been dubbed "most innovatitve", i want this matter sorted ASAP as the phone was suppose to be for my wifes birthday tomorrow
