SMART DEVISE APPLICATION GONE BAD!!!

I APPLIED FOR A DEVICE ON THE 12TH OF NOV.I HAVE RECEIVED NO COMMUNICATION ABOUT IT.I THEN DECIDED TO CALL THE CALL CENTRE.
AFTER WAITING FOR OVER 10 MIN FOR SOMEONE TO PICK UP THE PHONE ON 0860 10 29 70, I WAS TOLD IM GOING TO BE TRANSFERED TO OPTION 1, THEY TOLD ME AMY APPLICATION IS PENDING I MUST GO BACK TO OPTION 6.FROM THERE MY ID NO. IS NOT IN THE SYSTEM AND I WAS SENT BACK TO OPTION 6. I SPENT OVER AN HOUR ON THE PHONE SPOKE TO 4 DIFFERENT AGENTS WHO EACH HAD A STORY TO TELL BUT IT WAS THE OPPOSITE OF THE AGENT BEFORE.

CAN SOMEONE JUST CALL ME BACK AND SORT THIS APPLICATION ONCE AND FOR ALL.
