Just transferred money into my credit card from one of my other ABSA accounts. No problem. I then needed to pay my partner into his credit card which is also ABSA. When I get to click on TRANSFER, there's this message saying HOT CARD! PEASE RETAIN. Why? I have no idea. I try phoning credit card division. No luck as its outside office hours. Monday is a holiday! I need to go pay fuel with my credit card, but I dare not as it is flagged as a HOT CARD and I dont know why!! So I attempt to transfer the money out of my credit card into my debit card so I can go put in fuel. No luck as it flags my card as HOT CARD! PLEASE RETAIN!!
Absa, this is not on!!! You do not get to flag my credit card account and leave me without funds and not tell me why!!! Why do you let money go into that account then???
