I decided to give outsurance the opportunity to beat my current insurance by contacting them.
I went through the entire 20 minute process of providing all my details to their call centre agent.
At the beginning of the conversation she asked why I called outsurance and I said it was to see if their could beat my current insurance or have to pay me R400.
The quote that I was given after all my time wasted was around R500 more than what im paying currently.
I was just told "sorry we couldn't beat your quote and have a good day".
No mention of the R400 pay out whatsoever?? I suspected this was false advertising from outsurance and I guess I was right!
