Home Loan, Unreasonable barriers

I applied for a Home loan, with Nedbank and it was declined. I have consequently approached the Branch manager who refered me to the complaints department.

I want a clear explanattion why my homeloan has been declined in writing, They are refusinfg to send me that letter. Interestingly enough my application has been succesful with a 2nd application at a competing bank.

Thipe Mathlahre, at the complaints department contact no 0860 444 000 has commited to send the letter by no later than Wednesday 01 May 2013 but has not homoured his commitment, I asked for the details of his line managers, today and he told me it was Ahmed Haffejee and Deon Brown but refused to give their direct contact details.

Please assist as I believe they are putting unreasonable barriers for the homeloan and I am not treated fairly as a client
